During July, two online workshops were held in support of grant beneficiaries in the implementation of IPA projects, organized by the Ministry of Science and the consulting company ICE. Topics covered in these workshops were: “Risks, Crisis and Resilience”, 23.07.2020. and “Adaptive leadership” 30.07.2020.
During the first workshop, participants had the opportunity to gain insight into how to manage projects in risky times, develop the resilience of both their own and their team in crisis situations and to maintain a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness during similar situations. The second workshop was dedicated to adaptive leadership, how to implement decision-makers’ expectations, broaden strategic approaches, and implement/manage impactful change.
